Here is my 15 minute workout. I got the first seven exercises from a fitness site and decided to include the rest to get a more rounded workout. I do each exercise for 50 seconds and then rest 10 seconds in between. I do this right at home, and doesn’t really require weights. Yes, the last one is a shoulder press, but you can use cans or something like that.
